To be completely honest, my experience with this shop was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. I brought my cherished 2004 vehicle to this shop for what I believed would be a straightforward engine replacement after the original engine failed. I paid an upfront deposit so they could purchase and transport a used replacement engine. Although the engine alone was quoted at approximately $1,400, which was already significantly higher than the typical market price for a used engine for my vehicle, I agreed to move forward because I trusted that they would source a quality, low-mileage engine. Labor was estimated at approximately $800 to $1,000, putting the total expected cost between $2,200 and $2,500. What followed was an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. The repair took approximately six months to complete, far longer than any reasonable timeframe for an engine replacement. Throughout that period, I was repeatedly informed of additional issues and unexpected repairs, each of which increased the final cost. When I finally went to pick up the vehicle, I was shocked to learn that the amount due had increased dramatically. Instead of honoring the origin

β οΈPaid for Labor, Ended Up With More Problems..Be Cautiousβ οΈ Iβve been a loyal customer at this shop for minor enhancements, so I never expected my car to be mishandled. I recently brought in my 2012 Honda Civic Si for a clutch replacement, bringing my own parts: the clutch, flywheel, OEM Honda transmission fluid, and rear main seal. I was paying $800 for labor. Before bringing it in, my shift cables had come out of place, which caused my shifter to be stuck in 3rd gear. My car then sat on their lift for 5 days while waiting for replacement cables. I had requested next-day shipping via UPS from the manufacturer (K-Tuned), but they shipped via USPS instead, which caused a delay. The shop found a dealer part without my approval. When I declined to order it, they sent it back, adding more delays. They then tried to order a new dealer part for $580 and quoted $400 for labor to install it which would have brought my total to around $1,900 for this one repair, on top of the original clutch work. Eventually, the replacement part I had originally ordered arrived. The manager argued that I shouldnβt have ordered an aftermarket part, claiming the part was available from Honda the same day
